Enlisted Woolwich, Kent, age 18 years & 218 days, height 5ft 4¼ inches, weight 107lbs, fresh complexion, brown eyes, brown hair. Formerly boot repairer.

Home 23rd April 1915 to 2nd May 1916; BEF 3rd May 1916 to 1st October 1918.
